BenQ - Siemens P51 Cell Phone Goes To China
BenQ-Siemens has just announced to release this P51 cell phone in China market. This GPS-enabled handset features a 240×320 colors display with touch screen user interface, an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera module, VoIP, a 128MB of RAM, and a 128MB of Flash ROM with MMC card slot for more storage.
