Measures 106 x 55.2 x 15 mm and weighs 120 grams, this slim cell phone runs on Windows Mobile Pocket PC Edition and supports tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) network. One of the famous PDA and Pocket PC manufacturer HTC, has just announced a new PDA phone for the upcoming CES 2007 event. Like its other products, this one also has a cool name, Kaiser. This mobile device, powered by a 400MHz processor, will feature a WiFI and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as 3G support, for high-speed data transfer rate and video telephony functions. It is said that the Kaiser is the thinner version of HTC’s TyTN PDA Phone.

The HSDPA itself, or High-Speed Downlink Packet Access, allows users to enjoy lightning-fast transmission speeds — up to 1.8Mbps — for accessing the internet, streaming multimedia content, playing multiplayer games, and much more.

Recently, Samsung launched a cell phone with full of innovative features, the SCH-V960 model. First, it incorporated a cool ‘Optical Joystick’ function which automatically detect the movement of your finger on the sensor and use it to control the cursor on the screen. The screen itself is called MyScreen, and it comes with PC-style iconic interface. Users can simply navigate through the menu by moving the cursor around and clicking on the icon. Other highlighted feature is the ‘Smart Lighting’ which, through an illumination sensor, automatically control the brightness of the screen and keypad. Pharos just recently unveiled its first GPS-enabled smartphone called GPS Phone. This handset is actually a rebrand of Eten’s 500 (Gloofish) cell phone. Aimed for business and travelers market, this quadband GSM mobile phone provides a full-feature sat nav system, thanks to the embedded SiRF Star III GPS receiver and pre-installed Ostia navigation software. It comes with detailed Tele Atlas street-level maps of the whole U.S and Canada. Users can navigate through their Outlook Contacts or POI (Points of Interest), and follow its turn-by-turn voice guidance with multi-stop routing and automatic re-routing capabilities.
On the entertainment side, the GPS Phone offers a large 2.8-inch touch screen display which gives high-res experience for watching movie or TV programme, an integrated FM radio tuner, a 2.0 megapixel camera module with flash and video recording capability, and also pre-installed Windows Media Player 10 Mobile for playing audio/video files. Measures 65 x 40 x 13 mm and weighs less than 90 grams, this small but fashionable handset offers a 256K colors 176×220 TFT LCD display, an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera module, built-in MP3 and MP4 player, FM radio tuner, WAP browsing, GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, and a 128MB internal memory with expansion memory slot supporting up to 2GB of memory card. It runs on tri-band (900/1800/1900MHz) GSM network and comes with a battery that provides up to 100 minutes talktime and 130 hours standby time.
